Zeeuwse Landhoeve
Privacy statement
We take good care of the data you entrust to us. This statement explains which data we process through this website, why, and what rights you have.
Who we are
This website belongs to the Zeeuwse Landhoeve mini campsite, Dirksweg 3, 4318 TW Brouwershaven (the Netherlands), run by Esther and Patrick. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 71249109, VAT number NL002026667B47. We are responsible for the processing of your personal data as described in this statement. If you have questions, you can reach us at info@zeeuwselandhoeve.nl or +31 6 52657885.
Which data we process
When you request a stay through the request form, we receive the data you enter: your name, email address and phone number and, if you give them, your address, postcode, town and country. We also receive the details of your stay: the accommodation, the arrival and departure dates, the expected arrival time, the number of people and dogs, your camping unit and its length, and whatever you write in the remarks.
What we use your data for
We only use your data to answer your request, to arrange your stay with you and to keep you informed about it. After sending the form you automatically receive a confirmation of receipt by email. The legal basis is your request to arrange a stay with you; for sending the form we ask your consent through the tick box in the form. We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising and do not sell it to others.
Where your data is kept and for how long
Your request reaches us as an email and is also stored in the admin area of this website, so that no request gets lost. We transfer the details of a confirmed stay to our own booking records. We keep your data no longer than needed for your stay and for the statutory retention period of our accounts; requests that do not lead to a stay are deleted.
Protection against spam
To protect the form against spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks whether the form is being filled in by a person. Turnstile sets no cookies for this and is only loaded on the page with the form.
Cookies and statistics
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no services from Google or social media. The availability calendars set one functional cookie, WP_SESSION_COOKIE: it temporarily remembers a session of the calendar, contains no personal data, is not shared with others and expires after half an hour. For visitor statistics we use Koko Analytics: it counts visits anonymously, without cookies, and the data stays on the server of this website.
Your rights
You have the right to see your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. To do so, send an email to info@zeeuwselandhoeve.nl; we will reply within four weeks. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
