Camping at the Zeeuwse Landhoeve
For tents, caravans, folding campers and motorhomes
Welcome to the Zeeuwse Landhoeve
Peace, space and Zeeland country life
We are Esther and Patrick, and since 2018 we have lived with our daughter Deene on a beautiful piece of Schouwen-Duiveland, close to the Grevelingen. Together with our horses, ponies, dogs, cats and chickens, we enjoy the space, the nature and real Zeeland country life here every day.
In 2018 we opened our campsite under the name Zeeuwse Landhoeve. Since then we have adapted and improved it step by step to our own ideas about camping: small, green, personal and above all a place where you can truly unwind.
Facilities
- Electricity (6 A, 5 kWh per day included) on every pitch
- Free wifi on every pitch
- Toilet block from 2019: four bathrooms, a separate toilet and a washing-up area
- Disposal point for chemical toilets
- Dogs welcome, two at most per pitch
- Gas barbecue or Cobb barbecue allowed, no open fires
- Car-free campsite
- Waste separation

Camping with space and privacy
Our campsite has 25 spacious pitches for caravans, motorhomes, tents and folding campers. The pitches are generously laid out and surrounded by greenery, so you have plenty of space and privacy.
A number of pitches are partly hardstanding, so motorhomes and caravans can stand comfortably too.
Over the years we have added more and more greenery and cosy details to the campsite. Fruit trees, olive trees, fun signs and a hammock here and there create the relaxed atmosphere that is so typical of the Zeeuwse Landhoeve.
Pick up a book, find a spot in the sun, get on your bike or simply do nothing at all for a while.

Adults only – enjoy the peace
If you are going camping without children or grandchildren and want to come to Zeeland, the Zeeuwse Landhoeve is for you. The Zeeuwse Landhoeve is an adults-only campsite. Guests aged 15 and over are very welcome.
That is a deliberate choice for a calm and relaxed atmosphere. A place where you wake up to the birds, have a leisurely breakfast outside and end the day with a lovely Zeeland evening.
Our campsite lies right by the water. That is why we chose the adults-only concept.
It is certainly not a campsite just for the over-50s! Our campsite is booked by all ages, except children. By singles, or by couples who are out together and would rather not camp among families.
A personal welcome
Personal contact matters to us. That is why we try to welcome our guests ourselves as much as we can.
We are happy to show you where everything is, have a chat and make sure you feel welcome from the very first moment.
For us, the Zeeuwse Landhoeve is not just any campsite. It is our home and a place we enjoy every day ourselves.
We are glad to share that feeling with our guests.

Enjoy our green surroundings safely
Our campsite is green and spacious, and there is a lot of nature around the grounds too. Especially in dry spells, this can increase the risk of fire.
To protect our guests, our animals and our surroundings, open fires are not allowed. Barbecuing on wood or charcoal is not allowed either.
A gas barbecue is of course allowed. A Cobb or similar barbecue in which the heat source is fully enclosed may also be used.
That way we make sure together that everyone can enjoy our lovely spot safely.

Very spacious pitches among the greenery
Waking up peacefully, breakfast outside and then the silence, an incredibly lovely place, a blanket of calm and romantic, idyllic too … these are not our words but a selection of the words of guests who left us a message.
We think peace, space and privacy matter too. That is why our pitches are large, 150 m² to 200 m², and separated by hedges, fruit trees and olive trees.
Facilities
Toilet block
Our campsite has a small toilet block. It has 4 bathrooms with toilet, shower and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet.
So that makes 5 toilets and 4 showers in all.
In the high season you may sometimes have to wait a moment. No stress, you are on holiday, and at busy times you sometimes just have to wait: see it as a chance to swap holiday stories, admire your neighbour’s washing-up technique or share the best barbecue tips!

Every pitch is different
Not all pitches are the same: there are pitches for a tent and pitches that fit a motorhome or caravan. So please give your camping unit and its length in your request. We welcome you personally on arrival and show you to your pitch.
